Sacha Emanuel has practiced business litigation in both state and federal courts and is admitted to the State Bar of California. He has represented clients in a broad range of litigation matters in the areas of commercial real estate, entertainment and intellectual property, unfair competition, fraud and other business torts. First Amendment, corporate and partnership, land use, unlawful detainer, construction defect, and debtor and creditor rights.

Mr. Emanuel has also represented clients in state and federal court appellate matters and has briefed and argued appeals and writs before the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.

Mr. Emanuel began his legal career at a boutique litigation firm which specialized in First Amendment, entertainment and intellectual property litigation. Prior to becoming Of Counsel to Case Knowlson, he worked in the Century City office of Case Knowlson & Jordan, LLP, where he practiced real estate, business and commercial litigation.

Mr. Emanuel was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland and raised in Dallas, Texas. He attended Southern Methodist University (“SMU”) on a football scholarship. After graduating from SMU, Mr. Emanuel attended Loyola Marymount Law School. While in law school, he was an extern for the Honorable Margaret M. Morrow of the United States District Court, Central District of California.

Mr. Emanuel lives in Los Angeles with his wife and son. In his spare time, he enjoys running and relaxing with his family.
