Maureen M. Muranaka
Maureen Muranaka is a transactional attorney with over 30 years of experience representing owners and businesses in complex transactions. Ms. Muranaka advises both international and U.S. clients, including publicly held and privately owned businesses, owners/operators and developers of commercial and residential properties throughout the U.S. and high net worth individuals. Ms. Muranaka’s real estate practice focuses on representing clients in commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, land use, financing and development projects. She also has experience advising on corporate and commercial law and family office matters.
Ms. Muranaka practiced for many years with the international law firm of Bryan Cave LLP prior to joining Case Knowlson LLP as Of Counsel.
Ms. Muranaka received her B.A. degree from University of Redlands. She graduated, with distinction, from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
