Transactional representations often include environmental due diligence and negotiation of site-specific environmental terms in sales contracts and leases. In addition, we represent clients before regulatory agencies like the Federal Environmental Protection Agency, the California Regional Water Quality Control Boards, the California Department of Toxic Substances Control.
